Exodus 16

Our American culture is full of excess and comfort. Big retailers such as Sam’s Club and Costco provide the opportunity for their shoppers to shop in bulk. It’s a good feeling to have all we need for our planning and work. However, the gospel works a little bit differently than this. As good as it is to have excess and be blessed with comfort, the Christian life is to be spent depending on God. Jesus taught us to pray for our daily bread. Listen in as Pastor James talks about what it means to depend on God and find true soul rest.
