In the well-known film, Little Rascals, Alfalfa has a crush on Delilah. The two are experiencing relational tension, and the tension leads Alfalfa to wonder whether or not she actually loves him. The little boy is almost crushed under the weight and burden of uncertain love. He thought to himself back-and-forth, “She loves me, she loves me not….” This is far too often how we think about and experience our relationship with God. James and his family recently moved here from Philadelphia PA to serve as our Lead Pastor. He is married to his wife Elizabeth and has two children, James Jr. and Hudson. He is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary. Over the last five years James has been involved in church planting and church revitalization. James brings new passion and vision to the life and ministry of Parkview. In his spare time he enjoys exercise, travel, wrestling matches on the couch with his sons, and late night episodes of the Great British Baking Show on Netflix.
